Chris Brumlow

Professional Outsourced Sales Manager

Chris has over 30 years experience in Sales Management,  Leadership, Training, Coaching, Marketing, Business Development and Senior Level Sales. His roles spanned Fortune 50 and entrepreneurial companies, driving go-to-market strategy, business, channel and partner development, sales management and leadership, both domestically and internationally. Most recently, as a Major Account Consultant, Chris worked with sales teams to identify, target and engage major accounts using research, executive communications, strategic planning and coaching. He has also lead sales and marketing teams, developed product launches and go-to market strategies for earlystage companies.

An experienced Sales and Business Development professional with a passion for developing teams, new markets and new solutions, his strengths are implementing strategy through process improvement, coaching and leadership. Chris is a process-driven strategic thinker who excels at sorting through clutter to see the big picture and then simplify complexity. He applies his innovative thinking to find new possibilities and opportunities. Chris is a driven, self-motivated, visionary with a skill set that includes: Strategic sales planning, marketing, general management, product development, markets development, sales management, international business, technology leverage, software project development, solution selling, business development, financial acumen, coaching and leadership.


He has an MBA from the McColl School of Business at Queens University of Charlotte and a BA in Economics and Business Administration from Rhodes College in Memphis TN where he was a 4-year starter on the football team. Chris knows the value of preparation and teamwork.

For all his business success and the accompanying accolades, Chris is most proud of his marriage of over 30 years to his wife, Shelia, and their two children. Originally from Atlanta, Chris has lived in the Lake Norman Area of Charlotte for the past 26 years.

Shelia B. Brumlow

Marketing and Communication Specialist

Shelia has over 30 years experience in Communication, Marketing, Sales and Management.  With a degree in Communications from Florida State University, Shelia started out in the Advertising Industry.    Her strong communication, interpersonal and relationship building skills have made here one of the most effective networking and business development experts in the area.  She recently was recognized as Lake Norman’s Top Women in Business for 2017.  With a talent for Marketing, Networking, Sales, Operations and Staff Motivation, Shelia is a versatile professional with a passion to make connections and create opportunities. 

In her experience she has managed staff, driven sales and been responsible for marketing programs including: Lead development, event planning, and brochure development, Social Media Engagement, Media placements and advertising, Business networking and tradeshows, Newsletter editor and industry speaker, Trainer and compliance instructor, Pricing negotiations, Retail consumer and B2B sales.

As an experienced and competent business networker she excels both in business and in her community service.  Where she has been extensively involved in community and non profit activities including: Angels of 97, Big Day at the Lake, Stop and Think, Community Police Advisory Member, PTA and others.
